Share shown as business income can be shown investment in current year

if someone show his share (Delivery) basis as the business income,(there was loss)in last year. now in current year this income/loss can be shown as investment.

in last year loss from the share transaction is shown as business loss. know suppose there is profit in the current year then can this income can be shown as STCG.
