26 December 2011 I work for a real estate group which is a private limited organisation. My company wishes to bring its shares through a listed stock exchange. On what basis is the price of the shares quoted for listing in the IPO, i.e. wat should be the premium fixed wen the company issues its shares for the first time. Plz. oblige me and answer my query at your earliest.
