there are lot more website on witch you can get information about share market .
But before investing in share market it is better to get following ideas about that particular company .
1. Nature of the business .
2. Promoters group .
3. Track record of the company ]
4. Financial report of the company at least for Previous 4 year
5. Charge on asset of the company
6. Shareholding pattern of the company
7. Either company are fulfling all it's listing agreement or not .
8. Expatiation policies of the company .
9. Keep track on the events that can effect the company financial performance
For example Petro-chemical industry it is hugely affected by the international market of crude oil .
10 . Do continues study of international financial market , don't forget the inflation of 2009 due to showdown of International market .

Better before investing you think twice coz it is such an market which can give you wings to fly and reach to your dream land on the contrary it may take you down and force you to crawl .
