Share Distinctive Nos. on transfer of shares

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
When shares are transferred from multiple shareholders (B, C, D, E) to a single shareholder (A), a key question arises regarding distinctive numbers. The consensus is that the new share certificate issued to shareholder A should retain the same distinctive numbers as the original certificates held by B, C, D, and E, unless a single consolidated certificate is specifically requested.

20 July 2023 In case of transfer of Share from shareholder B,C,D & E to a shareholder A, do we need to issue the share certificate to Shareholder A with the same distinctive no mentioned in share certificates of B,C,D & E or issue share certificate to A with new distinctive nos.

20 July 2023 Same share certificates (unless requested for single certificate) with same distinctive nos.

15 September 2024 Good luck.
