Share day trading

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
If you've made intraday share trading transactions, you need to declare the profits and losses on your Income Tax Return (ITR). For regular trading, this is typically reported under business income. However, if you've only made a few occasional trades, you can declare the profits under 'Other Sources' or Schedule OS, specifying the nature of the income.
