there is one case 5 lacs shares of rs.10/- eah amounting to rs.50 lacs was issued and after allotment share certificate was issued in which there was no stamp affixed. now the shares has been splitted in to 2 parts and one part is transferred. if the company doesn't afiix the stamp on the splitted share certificates, then whether it could be valid or invalid. what arer the consequences. regards-sachin sinha
