27 April 2010 Ours is a pvt ltd co. and we have not issued any share certificate for the shares allotted since 2002.

Now in 2010 we want to issue share certificates. please tell us how the stamping can be done. Whether the same can be affixed as revenue stamp paper.

Also whether the stamps are to be affixed on the Share Certificate or it can be affixed on seperate sheet of Paper.

If it is on seperate sheet of paper , What should be the matter printed over there.

27 April 2010 Affix revnue stamp as it is the best for the Back dated issue of the Share certificate.

It is on the share certificate.

28 April 2010 But a single Share Certificate is for Rs 80 Lacs. Hence Can it be affixed on seperate sheet of paper , What should be the matter printed over there.

28 April 2010 Take blank sheet of papaer, Affix revnue stamp over there and Staple it with the Share certificate
