What is share capital money? What is the proceedure & documentation to receive share capital money from out of india?

If you want to receive capital from out of india, it becomes investment in shares by NRI.
There are two routes one is automatic route and the other is rbi approval route.
Depending on the quantum of amount and whether the amounts are going to be received on repatriation basis on non repatriation basis you decide the route.
Based on route you have to work out the methodology as given in the route.
