17 December 2011 I have applied for Share Allotment of Pvt. Ltd company, capital amount of one lack, funds are available in company account.

What will be time frame for Allotment & whether I can use this amount for Business before allotment

18 December 2011 Our Consultant (CS), has told that after giving application to Roc, allotment will happan in next 8 days, mean will you can withdrawl money form account, account balance is one lack two thousand and share capital is one lack.

How we can able to know allotment has happen.
