Dear Team,
we will purchase the sodexo food pass for yemployee from sodexo SVC india Pvt Ltd shal we deduct the TDS on whole ammount?
calculation are bellow
Basic 200500
Service charges 1002.5
service tax 145.5
total -201648
please anyone help me for TDS amount.

On the service tax portion there is no requirement to deduct TDS.
