SFT 003 UNDER 26SA TRANSACTION NOT PERTAINING TO CLIENT

one of my client who is salaried employee receives notice under SFT 003 FOR which he says that after enquiring with his bankers and ascertaining from statement for FY 2018-2019 no such transaction has been reflected in said staement. in this case how to respond such querry ? pl advice
