Will there be any major changes in SFM syllabus for May 2017 Attempt

Until the final report of the new syllabus is out, it would not be correct to make speculation. However, you must have gone through with the Draft New Scheme, which would give you some indication of types of chapters that are included thereby. An announcement on this is likely to happen shortly, you may have to wait till then. There are some indications that the announcement could happen in the month of October 2016, during the hosting of International conference for CA's in Hyderabad and again these are mere conjectures. Only ICAI will be able to provide clarity to the students at the earliest.
