14 November 2014 we are SEZ units, we sale to DTA and paid excise duty and VAT. We file VAT return but we are not filed Excise duty return. we have paid the excise duty without registration number, My question is we have to file excise return and get registration number?

14 November 2014 Registration Process

1) online form required to be filed at
aces.gov.in. with all correct details

2) Take print out of form and submit it to department with attachment like , PAN , Ground Plan, Lease agreement, Directors Details, PAN of directors etc.

3) After verification of document if department is satisfied then they will issue excise registration certificate.

Filling of Return
1) return can be filled at
aces.gov.in
