Plz give ur comments in detail beggining procdure for sez unit........

01 January 2014 For setting up a manufacturing, trading or service units in SEZ, 03 copies of project proposal in the format prescribed at ‘Form F’ of the SEZ Rules, 2006 to be submitted to the Development Commissioner (DC) of the SEZ


All approvals to be given by the Development Commissioner. Clearance from the Board of Approvals wherever required will be obtained by the Development Commissioner, before the Letter of Permission/Letter of Intent is issued.

SUBMIT THE FORMAT ALONGWITH CHECKLIST IS ENCLOSED HEREWITH IN LAST PAGE.





THEN AFTER SIT THEN DECIDE BY BOT UNIT.
