09 April 2012 HI, I AM WORKING WITH SEZ OFFICE IN GANDHINAGAR, MIND SPACE.

WE ARE DEALING IN IT/IT RELATED SERVICES WITH OUT SIDE INDIA CLIENTS.
MY QUESTION IS THAT,
1) CAN WE DEALS IN HARDWARE PARTS
2) CAN WE AGGREMENT WITH OUTSIDE CLIENT
REGARDING SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE IN
AS SEZ UNIT
3) WE CAN AGREEMENT TO OUT SOURCE HARDWARE
SERVICE THROUGH 3RD PERSON IN SEZ UNIT

09 April 2012 Your LOP / LOI allows what activity is key question over here. If you have LOP/LOI saying allowed activity is Software or IT / ITES activities then

1. You can purchase hardware for your own consumption however dealing / trading of Hardware is not allowed ( It is difficult to get Service & Trading permission togather in single LOP/LOI)

2. Yes you can

3. Yes you can outsource hardware service from anybody.
