We are supplying material to SEZ unit. We are dispatching through ARE 1 form as duty NIL. Whether we have to intimate our range office. how many ARE1 copy to be sent through transporter.

IF YOU HAVE FILE BOND WITH THE EXCISE AUTHORITY (UT-1) MANDOTRY SUBMIT IN EXCISE RETURN .

You should sent 3 copies of ARE I with transporter , These copies will be endorsed by SEZ authorities and handed over to SEZ unit. SEZ unit will retain one copy and will send two copies to you for Excise disposal.
