We are supplying material to SEZ unit. We are dispatching through ARE 1 form as duty NIL. Whether we have to intimate our range office. how many ARE1 copy to be sent through transporter.

30 January 2012 You should sent 3 copies of ARE I with transporter , These copies will be endorsed by SEZ authorities and handed over to SEZ unit. SEZ unit will retain one copy and will send two copies to you for Excise disposal.
