Hi,
I work for a search marketing agency in UK as head of operations. We need to register a company in India. I want ot know how would that work. The senario is. The Uk company would be branding and funding for this. They would need a share ofcourse for their investments and brand. I would be managing the entire new firm based in India for which I would be alloted some share. My question is how much should be my share and how would the shares be alloted to the UK Firm. Secondly they also want me to keep involved with the UK operations concerned to there UK Agency. So can i get a salary for that work and shares for the firm in india. is this dual job profile workable or how can this work better.
