In service Tax Return, is there any need to mention notification no for the same??

01 November 2012 If you read the notification carefully, it says the services are wholly consumed within SEZ then you can either get exemption or refund as per formula, but if it is partly used in SEZ and partly outside then you have to compulsoruly apply for refund i.e. there is no option of exemption in this case.
