In Case of construction services rebate of 75% of value is available under Notification No. 26/2012ST Row 12 of the table.
Accordingly Gross Value 100
Abatement 75
Taxable Value 25
Service Tax @ 12 % = 3
Education Cess @ 2% of Service Tax = 0.06
SHE Cess @ 1% of Service Tax = 0.03
