Is there any requirement to have an additional PAN on firm's name for a firm which is operated by an Individual person by any other name. If "Yes" Pls, tell me detail procedure to obtain a PAN on Firm Name

your query is vague. pls clarify who is the owner of the firm. (Firm in general denotes a partnership firm)

In case of proprietorship firm the PAN of the proprietor is the PAN of the firm.
