Service tax registration

Dear Sir/madam
Pls explain one properiatery concern can have one service tax registeration for two or more companies ?
Example : One person's service tax registered as individual for Security services and he has two companies viz
XYZ security services and ABC security services, he can use the same S.T -2 for both companies
Pls explain

Dear srinivasan individual service tqx registration can not be used for companies. But if the name of two entities stated by you are proprietory concerns then you can do so but exemption for 10 lacs will be available for whole and you have to show gross receipts in one str only.
