21 June 2011 I have a prop. firm.It's a placement consultancy.It was incorporated on 17th April 2011.

I want to register my firm for service tax no.

i have downloaded ST-1,but i dont have a pan card on my company's name.

In the form they ask(point 2) Do you have a PAN CARD,should i write my personal PAN no?

(Point 1)Name of the Applicant would be my name or company's name?

What to write and what not to write.
i went through the sample ST-1 on the website,but that is for Pvt.ltd firm.

(Point 4)What should i tick as i'm into placement consultancy business?

Pls answer my questions its very urgent for me.

21 June 2011 dear sir you are prop. of the firm then your pan card will do . and there in no need to obtain other pancard, name of applicant is your trade name ( company name) select your category for which you want registration placement consultancy come under manpower supply and service
