if we paid service tax for wrong service tax regn number then hw can we get refund from ST Dept.

Service tax refund process is very long and time consuming. Better go and meet your concerned pay and account officer.
If u want to apply for refund first u have to apply online on ACES website then submit signed copy of application along with relevant documents at concerned division
