07 February 2016 There is no any exemption for renting of warehouse for agricultural products.

can it be covered in negative list u/s 66d as follows:
(iv) renting or leasing of agro machinery or vacant land with or without a structure incidental to its use.

19 March 2016 In view these services are not taxable and would cover in (v) loading, unloading, packing, storage or warehousing of agricultural produce;
