PLEASE LET ME KNOW SERVICE TAX ON LABOUR CONTRACTOR i.e CLOTH STITCHING OR EMBROIDERY WORK ANY SERVICE TAX IS THERE. IF YES THANE WHAT IS LIMIT

23 April 2013 Notification No. 25/2012-ST, has specifically exempted the job work of textile processing from purview of service tax application vide Sl no. 30(a). Therefore there is no service tax on intermediate textile processing work, right from dyeing, bleaching, printing etc are exempt.
