A client firm is a proprietorship firm . he pays freight on goods to transporter .

whether service tax is liable or not.

03 January 2014 sir if your firm registered under factory act,
co-operative society or partnership firm, company, then service receiver is liable to pay service tax, but if you not belong to above, then you have not liable to pay service tax, gta is liable to pay service tax
