Service Tax from Reterospective Effect

03 April 2010 I have let out my roof of my house to vodafone essar company ltd for mobile tower @ 15000 Rs/Month. I am not charging any service tax from the company???

Should i start charging service tax from them. And is there any amendment with regard to this in budget 2010-11????

KIndly reply its urgent???

03 April 2010 if yr total income s exceeds rs. 10 lacs during d year then u r to reg under d ser tax & accordignly chg the ser tax.

and collect d ser tax & pay to d govt dis s yr duty if yr income s exceeds above mentioned.
