can anybody tell me service tax examption limit 10 lac applicable for every year or not ,if applicable please tell me rule & notfication

IF YOUR TURNOVER EXCEEDS 9 LAKHS YOU MANDATORILY REGISTERED UNDER SERVICE TAX,WHERE AS TURNOVER EXCEEDS 10 LAKHS IN PREVIOUS YEAR MEANS SERVICETAX APPLICABLE
SO ONCE IT EXCEEDS 10 LAKHS IN A YEAR EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE LESS THAN 10 LAKHS IN SUBSEQUENT YEAR SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE ON THAT YEAR ALSO
SO ONCE IT EXCEEDS 10 LAKHS IN A YEAR EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE LESS THAN 10 LAKHS IN SUBSEQUENT YEAR SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE ON THAT YEAR ALSO
