Service tax deposited on surrendered registration number

24 February 2016 Dear sir one of my party has deposited service tax on surrendered registration no.and return was filed on new registration and all the details are same. how the party can get the credit of challan on new registration. Amount of Rs 5,00,000 has already been deposited on surrendered registration.
