dearsir,madam,
i am anand doing my articles. i have doubt on charging of service tax on bill.
in case of contract labour service tax is to be charged inclusive of salary or only on the service charge portion in the bill? please comment on this?

as per CBEC circular , it will be charged including the labour charges.
