sir
I recently file b later return fy 13-14. under 4S .in which I mention 15lac Gross recpt of contractor is any chance of scrutiny under service tax ?

It is advisable to comply with applicable service tax provisions as early as possible. It is not possible to evade tax. Delaying the compliance will add to penalty and interest burden along with tax.
