what are the exemptions limit in the case of service tax on services regarding ports?

Threshold limit for all the service is Rs. 10 Lakhs only.
However, following services pertaining to port are fully exempt from service tax, without any threshold limit(S.No. 14 of N/N 25/2012-ST):
construction,erection,commissioning or installation of original works
