p.y exceeded the limit of rs.10lacs so registered
C.y taxable service is rs.7lacs service tax payment is made in the next year service tax registration can be surrendered
is there any provision?

You no need to surrender the registration, as per your statement your previous year limit exceed the 10 lakhs, hence in CY you required to pay st on 7 lakhs also.
