18 April 2013 My (Indian)company is in the business of providing software services to foreign company. My total turnover during the year is 25crores. Im i liable to Charge & pay service tax? Is ST applicable for export of services?

In Service Tax, Export of Services is not Taxable but Subject to some Conditions. Since you have not provided any details about your business, i would not be able to comment upon it.

since you got Rs, 25 Crores of Turnover, It is suggested to Hire a CA and Get the proper Advise from him.
