30 December 2013 as per rule 4(5A) you provide information about any change in registration st-1 then you have refile st-1 after such change and submit revised st-1 in your jurisdictional assistant/deputy commissioner of central excise, after verifying of such st-1 by superintending officer provide revised registration st-1 within 7 days from the date of submitting, in this case you st no. is not changed
