Separate registration for sez and dta with same pan ????????

06 April 2017 If a company is doing the business both in DTA and SEZ with same PAN number and also located in same state then in GST do we need to get separate registration number for both SEZ and DTA????????. Earlier the company has taken two separate service tax number for SEZ and for domestic with same PAN number.

10 April 2017 but no separate provisional id provided then how can we register? or it will be given by department???

12 April 2017 As of now since Provisional ID is not issued it appears that new registration in GST-REG-01 is to be taken for SEZ

12 April 2017 Thanks so much. we talked to department they are also not clear on this issue and saying right now they are doing one pan one migration for one state.
