Separate presentation of manufacturing expenses in p&l

Can we show Manufacturing Expense of a concern forming the biggest part of its total expense separately in the face of P&L by adding a line in the format given in Schedule 3 so as to not show it in the notes to other expenses.

No it would not be correct. As per Revised Schedule VI you have to show these Expenses under other Expenses
