One may not be able to understand the concepts in totality. I would suggest you to
either join classes or atleast watch the videos of Rajiv Singh. His notes too are available round the corner.
Lastly, if you can't grab his vids refer the book mentioned by Ganesh B. Equally good option is the notes of Rajesh Makkar.
