Sir,
The company says that it would take my parents house on lease and give it to me for accommodation thereby giving me an additional Rs.9000 as an allowance for residence. This is what they say as self lease.

If You Want a Simple MOU between You and Your Employer, and Receive Money From your Employer on Account of Rent. It is Possible subject to a few Question.
1. To Conduct Your Employer's Business from Your Parent's Room.
2. To Provide You a Rent Free Accomodation by taking it on Lease from Your Parent's.
What Does The Term Self Lease Means. Plz elaborate What is Storming in Your Mind. in What way You are Going To Plan the Tax instance.
Please Clarify First ..!!
If Your Parents are Not Coming on a Higher Tax Bracket, Why You Don't Lease the Same directly to Your Company to Show that Room as a godown or Some Office or the Like.. To manage the business of Your Employer. But You have to Deduct TDS on Rent on Your Parents PAN While Paying or Crediting Rent in Your Comoany's Books as a Deductor.
Why You are Involving Yourself...?? Please Clarify First ..!!
