I am not able to make payment of self assessment tax of fy 24-25 online by using RBL CC !!!
Can you guide me how to make payment?? I have no any other CC.

In card option Visa or Mastercard is selected not bank.

In card or upi payment option - list of bank option is there and not type of card option!!!!

I have selected Payment Gatway option but continue button is not active unless other wise i have to select any bank name!!!
Please guide me. I have to pay self asst tax urgently.

Select HDFC bank... It is only for payment gate through.

Credit card of RBL Bank not listed in CC payment Gateway

After selection of bank you will be asked for 'payment now'.
Then you will have to accept terms and conditions..
After accepting the terms you will be directed to payment page where you can select option of Cards OR UPI..
Select card... fill the details... you will get otp on your mobile.....
Then you will have to accept terms and conditions..

If you have understood the process, retry it, there can be connectivity problem.

Lets try one more time. OTP is also generated but payment declined.

There is glitch in the software. Other persons are also getting the issue. Try after 6 PM, hope by that time the system gets working properly.
