One of client has not deposited self assessment tax fully while filing the income tax return on 30/09/2011.
Now income tax notice has been received by client for depositing tax.
The client has now deposited the tax. Whether we have to approach concerned ito or we have to again file return (revised)or both.

Submit the copy of challan to concerned ITO along with notice.
