i am a ca fresher.i have two job options.1 is accenture as a client financial management analyst and the other is sr accounts executive in trent ltd.i.e. a group company of tata which handles star bazaar and westside accounts.
Salary is same in both.
so confused which to join for considering future growth opportunities,work culture and hike in salary in future.
Plz reply as soon as possible with reasons.

Accenture would give you good hike in future but job stability is Questioned!
& in TATA group always performance is given importance, job stability is good & wide are of exposure.
