16 July 2013 Hi Friends,

I need some advice regarding my career, please help.

i am a graduate in international business and finance with excellent track record in finance. After completing graduation i enrolled with ICAI on 27th September 2012 in direct entry scheme and gave the first IPC exam in May 2013.

I do not about ICAI rules and regulations and presently i am working in HR firm.

Now i received a mail from ICAI that i need to submit my articleship, orientation and IT training certificates, iand if not my result will be cancelled.

Please advice what should i do.

17 July 2013 As per the direct entry scheme, u needs to complete at least 8 month of articleship, ot, nd itt for eligibility to appear in ipc exam... May be u r nt register of articleshp and so, icai demand clearification... Its violation of rule.. Atleast u need to gone 4 such period b4 appearing in exam.

25 August 2013 The expert is correct and if you have not done the article ship and IT training then ICAI is correct they can cancel your registration.

As apparent from your question you are doing job and have not done article ship ior IT Training.
