we are in security service provider, (we are Individual)

we have got business from School / Collage.

we have to charged GST on Billing to School / Collage

Please advice.

25 November 2019 The GST is to be payable by the service recipient for security service. For better clarity , you may put the seal stating that Reverse charge applicable in the invoice raised by you

25 November 2019 Yes Correct, but they don't have GSTN No. then we have to charged GST ?

Q is is there any provision where if your provide Service to School till 12th then no need to charged GST on bill.
if service is provide to Higher Education Institute then GST is applicable.

25 November 2019 What happens if the receiver of goods and/or services is required to pay tax under Reverse Charge but is not a registered dealer?
All taxpayers required to pay tax under reverse charge have to register for GST and the threshold of Rs 20 Lakhs is not applicable to them.

my Q is GST applicable on School (security service provider can charged or there is any exemption ?)

26 November 2019 Regarding your query on whether GST applicable , I have to check . But as far as threshold limit is concerned , it is very clear that even the tunrover is less than Rs.20 Lakhs , service recipient is to pay GST under RCM
