UNDER ISSUE COMPANY DIRECTLY OFFER TO GENERAL PUBLIC BUT IN CASE OF OFFER OF SALE THE SHARES ARE NOT OFFERED TO PUBLIC DIRECTLY.IT CONSISTS TWO STAGES ,IN ONE STAGE ISSUING COMPANY DIRECTLY SOLD TO ISSUING HOUSE AND BROKERS AT AN AGREED PRICE AND IN SECOND STAGE BROKERS RESOLD THE SECURITIES TO ULTIMATE INVESTOR.
