Is it necessary to byheart all the section numbers in law????

Hello
yes there are extra marks for writing sections, but also if you mention wrong section mark are deducted. so if you are confident for the section then mention, or else be in the context.
it is always advisable to remember the sections as we are in this profession not to pass exam but to give solution to the common man and wo section whats the use of profesional studies
