No it is not compulsory but mentioning Sec fetch u more marks.
If ypu quote wrong sec then whole marks will be deducted.
So it is advisable learn imp & less section,mainly ammended sec & quote properly.
If you not mentioned,slight marks will be deducted say1/2 or 1.
