Dear Sir
My doubt regarding 194IA is in an agreement a contractor paid part of amount before 01.06.2013 and balance after 01.06.2013. Provision of Sec194IA applicable only from 01.06.2013. IN the case above how TDS to be effeted? Full amount? part of the amount paid after 01.06.2013.
