i have only one residential house. i also sold a plot in apr 2012. after this i construct a new floor at my home in oct 2012. can i get exemption u/s 54F of this construction

It is only one house and not a flat so it is applicable you can claim but the requirement is that you must complete the required formalities as per the provisions fo Section 54F(4)
