M/s. ABC plc is company registered in Australia. It has entered into contract with its Indian Subsidiary for providing services falling within the purview of section 44BB of the Income Tax Act. The value of services rendered exceeded Rs. 40.00 lacs being the limit specified for audit u/s 44AB.
My query is whether section 44AB will be applicable to M/s. ABC plc?
